“Oh, sweet lingo” is a place for new words and phrases.
I like to say words with my mouth.

Nonversation: (n.) Meaningless small talk exchanged in lieu of realtalk. (Created by Velvet.)

Example:
Him: I’m glad we got to hang out tonight. Sorry if I seemed off, it was one of those days. Hope you got to Sloane’s okay.
Him: Is that how you spell her name?
Mar 31, 2013 1:39 a.m.
Velvet: Yeah, it was nice seeing you. Sorry we never got a chance to do a one on one.
Mar 31, 2013
2:12 a.m.
Him: No biggie. I didn’t mind. Have a safe drive home.
Mar 31, 2013
11:38 a.m.

Use in a sentence:
“This is such a nonversation!” Velvet exclaimed. “We’re both saying nothing, but really the subtext is why didn’t we just bone?”
"I can't take it."
